GamNexis — Platform Rules

1. About GamNexis

GamNexis provides a public and continuously updated leaderboard based on qualifying payment activity.

The platform is designed to make participation simple and transparent:

A participant's position can change whenever another participant makes a qualifying payment that results in a higher ranking.

GamNexis does not guarantee that any participant will remain in a particular position.

2. Eligibility

GamNexis is intended for legitimate businesses, startups, brands, organizations and other eligible participants.

Participants must provide accurate information when submitting their details.

GamNexis may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify a participant or investigate suspicious activity.

3. Payment Limits

GamNexis currently supports qualifying payments within the following range:

Payments below the minimum or above the maximum may not be accepted by the platform.

The actual amount that can be successfully processed may also depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, currency conversion, transaction limits, verification requirements, fees, taxes and applicable laws.

GamNexis may change its payment limits in the future. Any updated limits will be reflected on the platform.

4. How the Leaderboard Works

The GamNexis leaderboard is designed to update automatically based on successfully verified qualifying payments.

Updates may occur immediately or after a short technical processing period.

5. What Counts as a Qualifying Payment?

A payment generally qualifies for leaderboard purposes only when it has been successfully processed and confirmed by the applicable payment provider.

The following may not qualify as completed leaderboard activity:

• failed payments;
• declined payments;
• cancelled payments;
• reversed payments;
• refunded payments;
• disputed transactions;
• chargebacks;
• unauthorized transactions;
• fraudulent transactions;
• transactions that fail verification;
• transactions identified as abusive or manipulative.

If a previously qualifying transaction is later reversed, refunded or determined to be invalid, GamNexis may adjust the relevant leaderboard information.

6. Live Ranking

The GamNexis leaderboard may change at any time.

For example, if Participant A is currently ranked #1 with a qualifying amount of $5,000, and Participant B later makes a qualifying payment of $5,500, Participant B may move to #1.

The leaderboard is therefore dynamic and does not represent a permanent position.

Participants should understand that their ranking can increase or decrease as other qualifying activity occurs.

7. Public Participant Information

GamNexis may publicly display information associated with participation, such as:

• business or startup name;
• brand name;
• organization name;
• leaderboard position;
• qualifying payment amount;
• ranking-related information.

Participants should only submit information that they are authorized to make publicly visible.

GamNexis will not intentionally display sensitive payment credentials such as complete card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or banking authentication information.

8. Accurate Business Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and current.

A participant must not use:

• another company's identity;
• a misleading organization name;
• a fake startup or brand identity;
• deceptive descriptions;
• malicious links;
• abusive or offensive names;
• names designed to impersonate another participant.

GamNexis may modify, hide or remove information that violates these Rules.

9. No Fake or Manipulated Activity

GamNexis is designed to reflect genuine qualifying payment activity.

Participants must not attempt to artificially manipulate the leaderboard.

Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: fake transactions; stolen payment methods; unauthorized payments; fraudulent payments; deliberately exploiting payment-system errors; automated payment abuse; attempts to create artificial leaderboard activity; using bots to attack or manipulate the platform; deliberately creating reversed or disputed transactions; abusing refunds or chargebacks; attempting to bypass platform or payment-provider restrictions.

GamNexis may investigate suspicious activity and may remove transactions that are determined to be invalid or abusive.

10. Payment Verification & Delays

GamNexis relies on payment-processing systems and other third-party infrastructure to verify transactions. Because of this, there may occasionally be a delay between:

A transaction that appears successful on one system may still be undergoing verification. Participants must not assume that a payment has qualified for the leaderboard until GamNexis has received the appropriate confirmation.

GamNexis is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment networks, payment providers, internet providers or other third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

11. Refunds, Reversals & Chargebacks

Qualifying leaderboard activity may be affected if a payment is subsequently refunded, reversed, disputed or charged back.

If a qualifying transaction is later determined to be invalid, GamNexis may:

• remove the transaction from the qualifying amount;
• adjust the participant's ranking;
• temporarily suspend the participant;
• investigate the transaction;
• take additional action where necessary.

12. Prohibited Use

GamNexis must not be used for activities that are illegal, fraudulent or prohibited by applicable payment-provider rules.

This includes activities involving: fraud, stolen funds, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, unauthorized financial activity, payment fraud, identity theft, malicious software, unlawful goods or services, deceptive business practices, or other activities prohibited by applicable law.

GamNexis may restrict or terminate access when it reasonably believes that the platform is being used for prohibited activity. Where legally required, relevant information may be provided to appropriate authorities or payment providers.

13. Payment Provider Requirements

Payments on GamNexis may be processed through third-party payment providers. Participants must comply with the applicable payment provider's terms, policies and verification requirements.

A payment provider may independently decline a transaction, place a transaction under review, request additional verification, restrict an account, reverse or refund a transaction, or impose transaction limits.

GamNexis cannot guarantee that every attempted payment will be successfully processed.

14. Platform Availability

GamNexis is designed to operate continuously, but 24/7 availability is not guaranteed.

The platform may temporarily become unavailable because of scheduled maintenance, server problems, hosting issues, payment-provider outages, database issues, security incidents, network problems, software updates, unexpected technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. Security

Users must not attempt to interfere with GamNexis's security or technical infrastructure.

Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, attempting to access another user's account, scanning or attacking servers, exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization, distributing malware, attempting to bypass security systems, denial-of-service attacks, and automated abuse of APIs or website functions.

16. Automated Systems

GamNexis may use automated systems to verify payment status, update rankings, detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, maintain platform security, and moderate submitted information.

Automated processing may occasionally require additional review. GamNexis may temporarily delay or restrict a transaction or participant while verification is performed.

17. Leaderboard Accuracy

GamNexis makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate leaderboard information. However, leaderboard information may occasionally be affected by payment-processing delays, technical errors, delayed transaction confirmations, reversals, refunds, database synchronization, maintenance, or third-party service interruptions.

If an error is discovered, GamNexis may correct the relevant leaderboard information.

18. No Guaranteed Position

Making a payment does not guarantee:

• #1 ranking;
• a specific leaderboard position;
• a minimum period at any position;
• increased business revenue;
• increased visibility outside the GamNexis platform;
• any financial return.

The leaderboard is competitive and dynamic. Other participants may make larger qualifying payments at any time.

19. No Investment or Financial Return

Participation in GamNexis does not represent:

• an investment;
• a loan;
• a security;
• ownership in GamNexis;
• a promise of financial return;
• a guarantee of profit.

A participant's payment should not be interpreted as purchasing an ownership interest in GamNexis or another participant.

20. Intellectual Property

The GamNexis name, logo, website interface, original graphics, software, written content and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to GamNexis unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit GamNexis's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization. Participant names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

By submitting a business or organization name/logo for display, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or authorization to submit it.

21. Third-Party Services

GamNexis may depend on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, security, email, database infrastructure, domain services, and fraud prevention.

These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. GamNexis is not responsible for independent changes, interruptions or failures of third-party services.

22. Suspension & Removal

GamNexis may temporarily suspend or permanently restrict a participant when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, illegal activity, payment manipulation, unauthorized activity, security threats, violation of these Rules, or violation of payment-provider requirements.

Where appropriate, GamNexis may remove related leaderboard activity.

23. Changes to These Rules

GamNexis may update these Rules when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, new features, payment-provider requirements, security improvements, legal or regulatory requirements, changes to payment limits, or operational changes.

The latest version published on this page will contain the current Rules. Material changes may be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.

24. Acceptance of the Rules

By accessing GamNexis, submitting information, participating in the leaderboard or making a qualifying payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Platform Rules and the other applicable policies of GamNexis.

If you do not agree with these Rules, please do not participate in the platform.
