GamNexis — Terms & Conditions

1. About GamNexis

GamNexis is an online platform designed to provide a public ranking and leaderboard experience for participating businesses, startups, brands, organizations and other eligible participants.

Participants may make qualifying payments through the available payment infrastructure. Where a payment is successfully confirmed and qualifies under the Platform Rules, the relevant amount may be reflected on the GamNexis leaderboard.

GamNexis is intended to provide a transparent and competitive ranking experience. Participation does not guarantee any particular ranking, business benefit, publicity, revenue, investment, customer acquisition or other commercial result.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity required under applicable law to use the Platform and make payments through it.

If you are acting on behalf of a business, startup, organization or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity.

GamNexis may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify a participant, investigate suspicious activity, comply with payment-provider requirements, or comply with applicable law.

You must not use GamNexis if doing so would violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, payment-provider restrictions or these Terms.

3. Payments

GamNexis supports qualifying payments within the following limits:

The applicable payment amount, currency conversion, fees, taxes, transaction limits and availability may depend on the payment processor, bank, card network, payment method and applicable regulations.

GamNexis does not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every user or in every country.

A payment may be declined, delayed, held, cancelled or otherwise restricted by a payment provider, financial institution, card network or other third party.

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. When you make a payment, you may be redirected to or interact with the systems of the applicable payment provider.

GamNexis generally does not receive or store complete payment-card credentials such as full card numbers or CVV information where those details are handled directly by the payment processor.

Payment processing remains subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms, privacy policy, security procedures, verification requirements and transaction rules.

GamNexis is not responsible for a payment provider's independent decision to approve, decline, delay, reverse or restrict a transaction.

5. Payment Confirmation

A payment will be treated as a qualifying payment only after the applicable payment provider confirms successful processing and GamNexis receives the relevant confirmation required to record the transaction.

The following may not qualify as completed payments:

• Pending transactions
• Failed transactions
• Cancelled transactions
• Reversed transactions
• Refunded transactions
• Disputed transactions
• Chargebacks
• Unauthorized transactions
• Transactions identified as fraudulent
• Transactions that otherwise violate these Terms or the Platform Rules

A temporary authorization or pending bank/card entry does not necessarily mean that a qualifying payment has been completed.

6. GamNexis Leaderboard

GamNexis may operate a public leaderboard showing information associated with qualifying payments. Depending on the Platform's current functionality, leaderboard information may include:

• Participant or business name
• Ranking position
• Qualifying payment amount
• Date or time associated with a qualifying transaction
• Other publicly displayed ranking information

Leaderboard information may be updated automatically after payment confirmation. There may be a delay between the successful processing of a payment and its appearance or position on the leaderboard due to payment-provider processing, verification, technical systems or other circumstances.

GamNexis does not guarantee that leaderboard information will always update instantly or without technical errors.

7. Ranking Is Not Guaranteed

A payment does not guarantee a specific leaderboard position.

Your ranking may increase or decrease depending on qualifying payments made by other participants. For example, a participant appearing at #1 may subsequently move to a lower position if another participant records a larger qualifying payment.

GamNexis does not guarantee that any participant will remain at #1 or maintain any particular position.

8. Public Display of Participant Information

By participating in the GamNexis leaderboard, you understand that certain information may be publicly displayed. This may include the business, startup, brand or organization name submitted for participation and the qualifying amount associated with the leaderboard entry.

You should not submit information that you do not want publicly displayed.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use the submitted business or organization name.

9. Business and Organization Names

Participants must provide a legitimate and non-misleading business, startup, brand, organization or participant name.

You must not:

• Impersonate another business or organization;
• Use a name intended to deceive users;
• Submit another person's or organization's identity without authorization;
• Use names containing unlawful or abusive material;
• Use names that infringe intellectual-property rights;
• Submit malicious links or spam;
• Use information intended to manipulate or mislead the leaderboard.

GamNexis may review, reject, modify, hide or remove a leaderboard entry where reasonably necessary.

10. No Fake or Manipulated Activity

GamNexis is intended to reflect genuine qualifying payment activity. You must not attempt to manipulate the Platform or leaderboard through fake transactions, stolen payment methods, unauthorized payments, chargeback abuse, automated attacks, or exploitation of bugs.

GamNexis may investigate suspicious transactions and may remove, suspend, reverse or otherwise restrict affected leaderboard entries where appropriate.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payments made through GamNexis are generally non-refundable once successfully completed and recorded as qualifying payments.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that the payment is intended to participate in the GamNexis Platform and leaderboard and is not a purchase of a guaranteed ranking, investment, financial return or business result.

However, this policy does not remove or restrict any refund, cancellation, consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

A refund or payment correction may be considered in circumstances including:

• Duplicate payment caused by a verified technical error;
• Incorrect payment processing caused by GamNexis or its payment infrastructure;
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction;
• Payment processed contrary to applicable requirements;
• A refund required by applicable law;
• A refund required by the relevant payment provider;
• Other exceptional circumstances determined by GamNexis.

Where a refund is approved, GamNexis may normally process it through the original payment method or the applicable payment provider. Refund processing times may depend on the financial institution and take additional business days to appear.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe that a payment was unauthorized, duplicated or incorrectly processed, you should contact GamNexis through the official support channel published on the Platform and provide the relevant transaction information.

Where a transaction is determined to be fraudulent, unauthorized, reversed or otherwise invalid, GamNexis may remove the associated amount from leaderboard calculations.

13. Taxes, Fees and Currency Conversion

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, bank charges, currency-conversion charges or other costs that may apply to their transaction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

GamNexis does not guarantee a particular exchange rate or final amount received by a participant.

14. Third-Party Services

GamNexis may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, email delivery, authentication, and fraud detection. GamNexis is not responsible for independent changes, interruptions or failures of third-party services.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the GamNexis name, logo, website design, software, interface, graphics, text, branding and original Platform content are owned by or licensed to GamNexis.

Users may not reproduce, copy, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit Platform materials without appropriate authorization. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of GamNexis intellectual property to you.

16. User-Submitted Information

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorization to submit any business name, logo, text or other information that you provide. You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious, deceptive or infringing.

17. Prohibited Uses

You may not use GamNexis to commit or facilitate fraud, launder money, finance terrorism, circumvent sanctions, use stolen financial information, conduct unauthorized transactions, or disrupt systems. GamNexis may cooperate with authorities where legally required.

18. Account and Platform Security

You must take reasonable steps to protect any access credentials. You must notify GamNexis if you reasonably believe that your access credentials have been compromised.

19. Suspension and Termination

GamNexis may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform or remove a leaderboard entry where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorized activity, abuse, security threats, or violation of these Terms.

20. Platform Availability

GamNexis aims to provide reliable access to the Platform, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, outages, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

21. No Guarantee of Business Results

GamNexis does not guarantee that participation will result in increased sales, new customers, investment, publicity, business partnerships, increased valuation, website traffic, or any particular commercial outcome.

22. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamNexis will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party service outages or inaccurate information submitted by users.

24. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and damages arising from your violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or infringement of another person's rights.

25. Changes to These Terms

GamNexis may modify these Terms when reasonably necessary. The updated version will be published on the website with a revised effective date.

26. Privacy

Information collected through the Platform is handled according to the GamNexis Privacy Policy.

27. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Where GamNexis is operated from India, applicable Indian laws may apply, subject to any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable law.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the GamNexis Platform Rules, Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated into the Platform, constitute the terms governing your use of GamNexis.
